Actually Skeet the one who privately opposes the Wind Farm off of coast of Mass is our Senior Senator John Live Shot Kerry. He has said it blocks the view off of his house on Nantucket.

This oil spill sure does suck for BP but more so for the folks on the Gulf coast. A lot of lively hoods will be effected. And I'm sue BP didn't want it happen.

Obama is trying to get some political points from all of this but don't believe its working.

Bunch of people are complaining about their view. We have lots of wind farms out here and even if you do complain..it ain't gonna stop 'em from building... These things are supposed to be 3 miles off the coast. Far as I am concerned Kerry can stick it where the sun don't shine..:rolleye

As far as BP..they have plenty of people werkin..even if their safety record is terrible. If the gummit wanted to stop 'em from drilling they can do so..and stop 'em for safety as long as they are in the US controlled waters..up to 300 miles I think. As far as the worst record I think the Mex's are the worst....or so I have read. But remember..stuff do happen and it will happen long as people are doing it. They are actually only liable for up to 75 million in damages if I understand the law correctly. We'll see in the near future. Somebody will figure out how to stop this thing.. Or so I believe
