Sucks to hear about the brass. Hopefully it works out for you. If I had any, I'd send it to you but that's a bit bigger than my LR guns!

Why not form your own brass???????????? From 7 mm to 6.5 mm is very simple. Run the 7mm brass through your seating die and then your FL die and you have 6.5 brass ready to load. Your case necks will thicken when sizeing down but you will have no trouble with that unless you have a tight necked chamber.
