Well Petey, what do you think. You are the person that would have to make the room on the boards / computer and do the actual work to create the forum? Do you have the time to do this and do you think it would be benificial as a place for all single shot (rifles, handguns and shotguns) and their shooters to discuss and address some specific issues?
I think all single shot users are keenly aware that the reloading books worth their salt, treat the modern single shots differently. The immediate illustration that comes to mind and best example of this is the 45-70 which is widely shown as a very effective and very powerful cartridge as reloaded for the Ruger #1. However, in truth, you can go down the list of old BP cartridges and apply the very same process to each and every cartridge in a single shot platform. Ed
