I did nore reserch into this and how it slipped by. If I read this right, it turns out the Koreans asked if they could sell the guns to US Citizens direct, through dealers and importers of course, in order to raise funds for Korea and in September 2010, O'BS by executive order gave them permission to "Export" from and "Import" our guns back to us, for sale to the public. Then in March 2011 O'BS rescended his executive order. So apparently no one noticed the slight of hand until about three months had gone by because he just rescended an order.
This is a perfect illustration of how once a law is made all you need do is change it a bit and you get hammered or whatever, without anyone knowing you lost anything for months. "We had to change our mind because bad guns might get into wrong hands:" blah, blah, blah, BS, BS, all BS in large piles. I think it ain't raining and my back is wet. Where is the flush handle for the big commode? It is in the 2012 closet.....
