Condition is everything. I agree with Johnny Reb and would check the bore very carefully. Take the barrel out of the stock to determine if there is any rusting or pitting below the stock line. If I liked the rifle, i would offer a bit less. My flintlocks are from Lyman and T/C and I paid between $100.00 and $200.00 for them off the used gun racks. Hope this helps. All the best...

Well, got my bore light working, got my two nonworking shotguns together (with extra barrel for the one) and planned on doing some horse trading....
Twas all for naught.....they already sold it! ![]()
