			It is the dilation of the pupil that causes the eyes to glow like the cats'. The hunters eyes are not "glowing" because he was looking at the camera while the "red-eye" reduction was on. The cat just looked at the camera as the picture was being snapped- it did not have the benefit of the "red-eye" reduction. That is my humble opinion not necessarily a statement of fact.
