Joe,
I totally agree, we need to Orient New Club Members. At my prior NH club, we required new member APPLICANTS to attend a 4-hour Saturday morning orientation from 0800 until noon with a written test at the end. Those passing were ISSUED a Club Membership Card. Our insurance provider gave us a 15% annual discount on our Club Insurance because we screened applicants. Not ALL Applicants are a good risk! Adam
