Dan,
I am sure you are a good pistol shot. I was the revolver (that dates me) champion in NH in 1977 and 1979. Now, that was before my bifocals. I cast all my handgun bullets, shoot a lot here on the 60-acre farm and run handgun classes weekly. Scores like I shot enhances my Handgun Instructor credibility. I like the 9mm and .45 and carry. Now Adam don't pick on us Massholes. In my eyes your welcome to carry anywhere in Massachusetts. I have my carry permit(35 years) and every time I renew it I always end up telling the cheif after a lot of unwarranted BS to go ahead and decline it, but notify me in writing and I will take it from there. New couple of day and young Strutting Chicken will drop it off at the house.

NOT all Mass folk are anti-gun. I have several very good friends in MA who endure MA Gun Control Lawrrrs. One friend, and fellow retired agent, tried to explain your very complex Handgun Permit Classifications/Restrictions to me. My grandson turned one year old last week. He lives in Nashua, NH. Adam. When your up here give me a shout and we can have coffee. I am only about a hour from Nashua.
Had a boss once who was as anti as you could get. He called me last week and asked if I still shot. Wanted me to teach him. My how things are changing. Seem he had a uninvited guest a few weeks back that scared him and his family. Yes I will take him. Before I retired I had a retreat for my staff. Yep the range. Now they want me to take them again. I will.
