I filled out my Maine moose application and saw that you can apply as many times as you want in blocks of ten. So much for me gaining preference points each year, now people with money can flood the drawing with names. I saw Colorado change rules on me as well in regards to points and where they could be used. With enough money you can just go and hunt what you want, tags can be bought at auction, private land tags, etc. I know the money is for a good cause, but it seems like for everything I like, it gets harder and harder to obtain it.
