Operation Shoebox

Hey all,

Just wanted to share some information about this organization with you. My company is working with them to send supplies to the troops this holiday season. I think it is a great idea, and I'd like to get the information to as many people as possible.

Operation Shoebox was formed in 2003 and is a non-profit volunteer organization. The goal is to get donations of supplies which can be sent to our troops that are stationed outside the United States.

It is always hard to be away from home and family, but it is particularly hard this time of year. Getting packages from home, or even a note can make a great deal of difference.
