Boy you guys are hard core.
I'm up everyday by the crack of noon. After back surgery, twice, I developed a strange sleep pattern. If I spend 8 hours in bed I wake and can't even get out of bed. So I go to bed about 0300, sleep till around 0730 get up, have a cup of coffee and toast or a Bagel, then hit the recliner for another peacefull nights sleep. ![]() Sometimes I even take a nappy poo in the afternoon. ![]() I'm 72 and I do want. Insert donut remark. ![]() Best wishes, Bill |
