How long?
How long do you let a skull cap (w/ antlers) dry out before mounting it? For the record, I just intend to do an antler mount (as opposed to a full shoulder mount or something similar).

Although times can vary due to temperature, humidity and fat content of the skull plate, I would advise a 60 day drying period. Cover the cap with Borax to discourage insects.
