'Furious' response 'cannot stand' Issa
Congressman Issa has sent a 64 page document to his committee outlining the case for Contempt of Congress charges to be filed against Holder. The 64 page document was accompanied by a 14 page memo.
If Holder thought this was a joke before, I suspect he is no longer laughing. Holder can be charged by the committee and tried by the House, alone. The senate can not save his bacon. Just for Terry, I hope Holder has to face the sunrise on the scaffold (figuratively) for this deal. Ed
