Florida bill passed on "deadly force"

Jeb says he will sign it. About time too. In almost all cases, where a Citizes used deadly force to protect himself/herself, the Courts have used common sense, and not pursued this in a trial.
What makes this better in real life though, is that now a Citizen is protected from overzealous, anti gun Prosecutors, like we have in abundance in South Florida.
Most of the critics of this bill were transplanted yankee liberals in Palm Beach, and Broward Counties. (Remember, its the land of the hanging chad). The same folks used the same scare tactics during the debate on Florida's CCW law. None of their 'the sky will fall' crap came to pass, and it won't with this new measure either.
