that ol .250 Sav has been with me for years and was my constant companion for quite a few.Legal for deer here in SK and fast enough for yotes without burnin loads of powder and mangling pelts.
I built a buttstock shell holder for it and carry 3 different loads to fit the critter out front.
I've got a .300 Sav too,but it hasn't got the carry time the .250 has.Although I have taken a few mule deer with it...
those old levers fit a saddle scabbard just right...
